WORC IT, an acronym for Women of Race Climbing It Together, is a progressive non-profit organization that serves the Jane and Finch community and surrounding areas. We provide a network of resources, mentors and other diverse services to individuals within the community with priority to the needs of youth, women and visible minorities.

Our programs focus on creating a successful network of community members, leaders, local businesses and teachers to increase health, financial welfare and provide employment opportunities for people while encouraging the participation to Canadian society.
